Green Flag is proud of its challenger status: the third largest breakdown insurance company in a UK market dominated by two major players.

The brand’s tone of voice has to reflect that. It’s clearer. Fresher. And more to the point.

We created the tone and rewrote Green Flag’s customer communications and full t’s and c’s. And ran workshops to make sure it sticks.
